Qi Gong is yet another anchient technique that found its way to the so called Western World.

Qi Gong is covering all aspects from movement to healing. In this part I offer regular classes to teach 21 basic excersises that are chosen carefully and that work the whole body. These exercises enhance your general fitness and flexibility of the physical body but works as well on the mental and emotinal body. The more discipline you add to your practice the more you benefit from it.
